Stephen Edwards is the director of Gro Profit First Accountants and works with growing businesses to help them scale in a profitable and sustainable way. Stephen truly believes that for a business to be successful you need to find the right ‘Who’s’ rather than worrying about the ‘How’ yourself. Steve is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Certified Profit First Coach.

Richard looks after many of our larger clients that have several team members and has expertise in the construction industry, e-commerce and service industry to name but a few. Richard is a qualified accountant.

Karen brings valuable experience from a top 4 global firm. Specialising in Accounts and Managements Accounts preparation at Gro, she provides crucial insights into financial data, including income, expenses, and assets. Beyond crunching numbers, Karen serves as a senior production manager, training and assisting our accountants and bookkeepers for optimal performance.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Karen chasing sunsets on sandy beaches or whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen. With her free-spirited nature, Karen is always on the go, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything she does
